One to One SupportThis is a great way to learn more about how Sport Psychology can help you in your chosen sport. You can choose from a package of support on a specific topic, or you can pay as you go with individual sessions which are bespoke to your own personal needs.
One-to-one Sport Psychology support is like having your own Personal Trainer to improve your mental fitness. We meet with you face to face in a setting that you’re comfortable with (e.g. a meeting room, coffee shop or any other venue where you feel relaxed) and all sessions are held in confidence. Sessions normally last one hour and our practitioners are affiliated either to the British Association of Sport and Exercise Science or to the British Psychological Society. This means that you can be guaranteed a professional service which abides to high standards set by our governing bodies.
We work with a variety of different clients from a range of sports and a range of competitive levels across South Wales. Adding Sport Psychology to your training programme is a great way to find that extra mile and you’ll be surprised at what you can learn, what you can put into practice and what positive effects it has.
Find out more by checking out our packages of support or by booking your first session. You can also read some of our testimonials about our previous work with individual clients.
Sport Psychology workshops are a great way to introduce a group of people to different topics based upon their needs or interests. Workshops can be held in a range of environments (such as a club house or meeting room) where there is enough space for a presentation and for people to move around to get engaged in practical activities. Duration can vary depending on your requirements, but we would suggest 45mins to 1hour as an ideal length.
We have worked with a number of sports groups in South Wales across a range of sports and different competitive levels – we have some great testimonials from previous clients. Workshops are beneficial for sports people, their coaches, and any other ancillary staff that might work alongside sports people (e.g. physiotherapists, strength and conditioning coaches, nutritionists).
If a workshop, or series of workshops is something that you are interested in then get in touch so that we can talk about your needs. We can deliver sessions to sports people, sports coaches or a combination of both.
Ever thought about mentoring? It can help you to maximise your full potential, provide guidance and support, and explore new ideas in a relaxed and confidential environment. We support people who work in sport at all levels across South Wales, and if you’d like to find out more then just get in touch.
