Many athletes struggle with negative self-talk creeping into their performance at different stages e.g. training, competition, injury.

Managing self-talk (internal dialogue) is essential for sports people to be able to reach their full potential in sport. The good news is that there are simple ways to manage it.

In this one hour session with me, participants will learn:

  • What Self-Talk is
  • Why Self-Talk is important
  • Different types of Self-Talk
  • A framework to Check, Challenge and Change your Self-Talk

This session is delivered online either by Skype, Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
