Competing in sport can bring unique challenges into an athlete's life, sometimes resulting in enormous pressures to perform well.
Internal and external pressures can have a huge impact on performance, but if managed well, athletes can use this pressure to their own advantage.
In this 1-hour workshop, participants will learn:
- Types of Internal Pressures
- Types of External Pressures
- How Pressure can affect athletes positively and negatively
- Practical skills & strategies to reframe pressure and use it to your advantage
