Managing pressure in sport is essential for sporting success. But sometimes athletes can succumb to Performance Anxiety which can manifest itself in lots of different ways. Fear of failure, negative thinking, overpowering physiological responses (e.g. profuse sweating, increased heart rate, inability to relax), and being unable to sleep the night before a competition are just some of the signs that an athlete may need support.

The good news is that there are simple ways to manage it.

In this one hour workshop, participants will earn:

  • Different types of Cognitive Anxiety
  • Different types of Somatic Anxiety
  • Practical tools to manage Performance Anxiety better
