Mental Toughness Workshop
Have you ever wondered why some individuals can cope better with adverse situations than others, even if they might have the same ability?
Mental Toughness can often be the difference between winning / losing and performing at full potential. It has been proven to be directly related to Performance, Behaviour, Wellbeing and Aspirations.
This 1-hour workshop is aimed at either sports teams or sports coaches to give them an introduction to Mental Toughness. You will learn:
- What Mental Toughness is
- The advantages of Mental Toughness in sport
- The Four C's of Mental Toughness (Control, Commitment, Confidence, Challenge)
- How to develop Mental Toughness with practical skills
This session is delivered online either by Skype, Zoom or Microsoft Teams on a day / time to suit you.
