Building Confidence Workshop
Confidence is essential for sporting success. But how do teams and individuals maintain confidence in the face of adversity?
Having a strong belief in your ability, even when the going gets tough is something that can be mastered.
This 1-hour workshop is aimed at either sports teams or sports coaches to give them an introduction to Building Confidence. Participants will learn:
- What confidence is
- The benefits of confidence in sport
- The different sources of confidence
- How to stay confident in the face of adversity
This session is delivered online either by Skype, Zoom or Microsoft Teams on a day / time to suit you.
