Who is One to One support for?
It's for anyone who participates in sport and wants to gain that extra edge or overcome a specific problem. We work with individuals from a range of sports (team and individual sports) and at a range of levels (from grassroots to elite).
We work with individuals on a flexible basis and meet either in person or via telephone or Skype, whichever you prefer.
