Hello and welcome to ithinksport!
I’m one of the Directors and founders of the company which was born out of a passion for Sport, and a desire to make Sport Psychology support more accessible to a wider range of people.
I’ve studied hard over the years to broaden my knowledge in this field and hold a BA in Sport & Leisure (University of Warwick), an MSc in Applied Sport & Exercise Science (University of Wolverhampton) and an MSc in Applied Sport Psychology (Cardiff Metropolitan University). I’m also a trained Mentor and have a Certificate in Counselling Skills. I’m based in Pontypridd but work all over South Wales including the following areas: Cardiff | Merthyr | Newport | Bridgend | Swansea | RCT | Gwent | Vale |
I work with sports people and sports teams on an individual and group basis, both in person and online through ithinksport.com. I have some great testimonials from lots of people that I’ve worked with, from grassroots to elite.
I’m also affiliated to the British Association of Sport & Exercise Science on the Supervised Experience programme.
Apart from working in sport, I’ve also led a really enjoyable career in playing sport and challenging myself with new adventures. Two of my greatest achievements so far have included riding my bike 767 miles from South Wales (UK) to the French Alps, and being a contestant on the first ever series of the BBC show ‘Total Wipeout’.
